Move Studio London

I have been a regular at Move since they first opened in 2020. I have hosted Revive Events there, and my favourite sessions are Slow Yoga, HIIT & Strength, and TRX. I also adore the sound baths.

Located in the centre of Roman Road, Move is a community-focused fitness facility owned and operated by two local beauties, Sam and Jess. After working hard in the corporate sector, they decided to start something much more rewarding.

Offering a variety of fitness courses and classes, they have put together an incredible team of professionals who offer HIIT and strength, Barre Tone, TRX, Pilates, Flow, and Slow Yoga in addition to deeply calming sound baths and one-on-one training sessions.

Feeling Fantastic Over Forty with Alison Graham

Alison is a Finsbury Park based personal trainer who specialises in empowering women over forty to take back control and become fitter and healthier than ever.

Alison helped me when I was training for the London Marathon in 2018. Her programme did so much more then get me leg ready. Her planning was based in mindfulness and really helped to build a positive mindset around my fitness goals.

I’d highly recommend a discovery call to find out more about her fantastic programmes.

Better Leisure Centres

GLL is a charitable Social Enterprise owned by its staff and founded on deep values and purpose to provide a different, fairer, and better way of doing business.

Their purpose is to improve the physical, mental, and social wellbeing of local communities.

I have used better services for the past 18 years; my kids learned to swim and dive in their pools. I have frequented classes, the gym, and the spa experience. Each venue has its virtues, and there is a vast array of different options for all the family.
